Omega is the AI business operating system your clients run on. You bring the industry knowledge and the relationships. We bring the platform, the playbooks, the training and a path that does not depend on us for every step.
Founding cohort. No cost to join. Every application is read by a person.
Capabilities that once required a large payroll, specialized departments, expensive consultants and months of coordination can now sit in the hands of one focused operator. Small businesses can feel that shift coming. Almost none of them can implement it alone.
That gap is the opportunity. Implementers are the only people who can close it at scale, and they need an operating system underneath them.
The limit should no longer be how many employees a founder can afford. The limit should be the founder's attention, judgment and willingness to execute.
Omega is the brain and orchestration layer that connects instructions, business knowledge, AI models, software tools and repeatable workflows into a coordinated AI workforce.
Offers, case studies, process and voice live in one place, so every AI employee works from the same truth instead of a fresh prompt every time.
Clear roles, reusable skills and repeatable workflows. Your client gets a workforce with job descriptions, not a chat window.
AI models, cold email, voice, data and communication platforms stay under the client's control. Omega coordinates them.
People stay in the loop on the decisions that matter. Approvals, oversight and clear escalation are part of the product.
You already run business processes for a book of clients and you have a team that can deliver. Omega turns that team into an AI enabled delivery engine and raises what each account is worth.
You sell to small businesses every week. Omega gives you a higher value transformation offer to sit above the services you already provide, without building the technology yourself.
You understand how businesses actually work and where the waste is. Omega is the technical leverage that turns your diagnosis into a deployed system instead of a slide deck.
You want to build an AI implementation business and you want a proven system, a community and a guided path rather than figuring it out alone.
Omega charges for the platform. You charge for the transformation. Partners set their own service packages and their own prices, and Omega publishes suggested structures, pricing guidance and templates rather than dictating one universal price.
You earn a referral commission when an account you sourced becomes a paying customer. No delivery, no support, no build.
The introduction, and keeping attribution accurate.
The customer pays Omega directly for the platform. You keep your implementation, advisory, training and retainer revenue in full. This is the path the whole program is built around.
Solution design, delivery, and first line support for your client.
A partner should earn many times more from a client than Omega earns from the same client. If that stops being true, the program is broken.
Established partners can license Omega under their own name, so the workspace your clients log into every day carries your brand instead of ours. Your clients see your product. You keep the platform economics of a software company without building one.
This is a paid platform upgrade, not a way in and not a reseller scheme. It unlocks at Growth Partner and above, because branding a platform you have not proven you can implement helps nobody. Pricing is confirmed with you when you qualify.
Learning is free and open. Certification is not an early profit center and a badge is not the product. You move up by building working systems and producing customer results.
You join the education track and the partner community.
You complete core training, pass a practical assessment and ship a working Omega employee.
You complete at least one successful customer deployment and meet the quality standard. This is where the business starts paying you.
You maintain active clients and hold the quality standard over time.
You earn verified results, strong customer satisfaction and you contribute meaningfully back to the ecosystem.
This is not a reseller list. It is a compounding system, and partners sit at the center of all three loops.
Partners solve real client problems. The strongest solutions get productized into skills and templates. Deployments get faster, which makes the platform worth more to everyone.
Partners bring clients. Clients create platform subscriptions. Partners earn services revenue. Visible success attracts more partners and more accounts.
Every implementation creates learning. Learning improves training, standards and templates. Better training raises implementation success and lets partners specialize.
Secret Agents is a separate services company that runs real client engagements on Omega. It proves the workflows, builds advanced playbooks and serves selected clients. Omega then productizes what works so every partner gets it.
It is a flagship partner, not the only route to market and not your competitor by default. Lead ownership rules are written down, the partner directory is neutral, and the platform stays neutral enough for you to trust it with your book of business.
Separate brands, separate billing, separate customer journeys. Omega is a software company, not an agency tool.
Written protections and a defined escalation path, so you know exactly where you stand before you bring us a client.
What Secret Agents learns in the field becomes a template you can deploy, not a secret it keeps.
No. The strongest partners are operators and sellers, not engineers. You need to understand how businesses work and be willing to follow the build process. Omega handles the technical execution and the training walks you through your first deployment.
Yes, once you have earned it. Branding the platform is a paid upgrade available at Growth Partner and above, not an entry point. Everyone starts by learning the system and completing a real deployment, because a partner who cannot implement Omega will not succeed selling it under their own name either. Most partners never need it. The implementation revenue is the business.
No. Omega is a platform company and this is a partner ecosystem, closer to how software companies certify and enable implementers than to a wholesale reseller list. You are not buying inventory at a discount and marking it up. You build a real services business on top of a platform, and if you grow into it, you can license that platform under your own brand.
You do, under written lead protection rules that we agree before you bring us anyone. Referral attribution, implementation ownership and platform branding are each defined in the partner agreement rather than left to good intentions.
Nothing to join the founding cohort. The learning path and the community are free. A paid premium tier exists in the plan, but it does not become paid until it delivers benefits with clear economic value.
Secret Agents is a flagship implementation partner and a separate company. It takes selected engagements and its job in the ecosystem is to prove workflows that become your templates. Lead ownership rules and a neutral partner directory exist specifically so this stays clean.
That depends on your book and your effort. The program is designed so your first successful deployment is the qualifying milestone rather than a finished course, so the whole path points at getting one real client live. We do not publish timelines we cannot stand behind.
A person reads your application. If there is a fit, we book a conversation to cover your client base, the path that suits you, current platform pricing and partner economics. If there is not a fit yet, we will tell you plainly and point you at the free learning path.
We are looking for operators with a real book of business or a real audience. Tell us what you already run and we will tell you honestly whether this fits.
No cost to apply. We read every application and reply either way.
