1. Who We Are

Omega is provided by AI Marketing Sales LLC, doing business as Secret Agents ("we," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use Omega and our website (the "Service"). Data controller contact: [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; to set up and support your account; to process payments; to communicate with you about the Service; to comply with law; and to protect against fraud and misuse. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers and sub-processors that process data on our behalf under contract — including hosting and cloud infrastructure, AI model providers, payment processing, analytics, and email/support tools — solely to operate the Service. We may also share information to comply with law or legal process, to protect our rights and users, or in connection with a business transfer. We maintain a current list of sub-processors and will provide it on request.

5. Your Data & AI Providers

Omega runs on your own connected AI subscription (such as your Claude account) and integrations you authorize. Data processed through those providers is also subject to their terms and privacy practices. You control which integrations you connect and can disconnect them.

6. International Transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal information.

7. Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. We will verify and respond as required by law, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including operating Omega in a secure, sandboxed cloud environment. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and users 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes & Contact

We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Questions or requests? Contact [email protected].
