Data Deletion Request
1. Your Right to Deletion
Omega is provided by AI Marketing Sales LLC, doing business as Secret Agents ("we," "us"). You may request that we delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, including any data associated with accounts you have connected to Omega, such as a Facebook or Meta login or business account.
2. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include:
- The email address associated with your Omega account.
- If applicable, the name of the connected account (for example, the Facebook or Meta account) whose data you want removed.
- A short description of what you would like deleted (your whole account, or specific data).
We may ask you to verify your identity or ownership of the account before we act, to protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests.
3. What Happens Next
Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete the personal data we hold about you, and instruct our service providers and sub-processors to do the same, within 30 days. We will confirm by email when the deletion is complete. We may retain a limited amount of information where required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements — and only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
4. Data Connected Through Meta / Facebook
If you connected a Facebook or Meta account to Omega, deleting your Omega account (or submitting a deletion request as above) removes the data we obtained through that connection. You can also revoke Omega's access at any time from your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, which stops any further data sharing. Revoking access there does not by itself delete data we already hold — email us as described above to have that removed.
